JAMMU, July 7: In order to express its total solidarity with the Indian forces a team of Young Indians visited border areas in Phalanwala sector today.

As per a release, the team members interacted with jawans and assured them their full cooperation and help in case of any eventuality. The team was led by Mr. Vivek Raina, its chairman. The volunteers of the organisation also met the people in various villages in this border belt and expressed their full support to them. They while taking stock of the problems of the people living adjacent to LOC in this sector assured them that they will take up their case with higher authorities.

Later the team visited the migrant camp at Kala Primary School and distributed packets of sugar among them. They expressed concern over the plight of these hapless people who have been ignored by the Government totally.

The other members of the team include messrs Pradeep Dhar, CPRO, Nikhil Braroo, general secreatry and Deepak Sharma.

They urged the Government to release compensation for the damages suffered by the people of this border belt due to non cultivation of land.
