TEST KOA National Youth Trip 2026 - Hotel Form (OPTIONAL)

Upon registering for the 2026 Youth Trip, your spot is guaranteed for the evenings of May 22, May 23, and May 24.

This form is optional and should only be completed by those who wish to stay in Nashville before, after, or both before and after the Youth Trip weekend.

We have secured a discounted hotel rate for up to three days before and three days after the official trip dates. If you plan to arrive early or depart late, we can book your hotel room at this discounted trip rate.

If you are sharing a room for these additional dates, only one person needs to complete this form and list all other attendees who will be staying in the room.
