Failure to disclose all sources of income shall result in permanent disqualification from receiving any financial assistance from KOA.

Any failed grades/marks or Dropouts are to be reported to KOA immediately.

Filling out this application is no guarantee of an award/scholarship from KOA.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE ENDORSED BY KOA SELECTION COMMITTEE. The responsibility lies with the applicant to ensure the application is completely & correctly filled up and all the documents required, are attached. The applications which are Incomplete / incorrectly filled & have incomplete documents will stand rejected.
