community members from India and in USA that are currently in the United States. The
service is limited to providing guidance, second opinions, and help navigating the U.S.
healthcare system. It does not include any diagnosis, prescriptions, or direct medical
treatment.

A1. This service is available for community members and visiting family from India or in US that are currently in the U.S.

 

Q2. What kind of help can I expect?
A2. You can get help with understanding your condition, navigating the healthcare system, and general guidance from a qualified physician.

 

Q3. Will I get a diagnosis or prescription?
A3. No. This program strictly avoids diagnosis or treatment. It’s meant only to guide you to the right healthcare resources.

 

Q4. Is there any cost involved?
A4. No. This is a free, pro-bono initiative led by KOA and volunteer physicians.

 

Q5. How do I schedule a session?
A5. Once your form is reviewed and approved, you will be able to book a time slot with an available physician.

 

Q6. Is my information kept confidential?
A6. Yes. All shared information will only be accessed by authorized team members and volunteer physicians.
