It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Jawahar Lal Khosa, who left for his heavenly abode on May 12, 2026.

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Jawahar Lal Khosa announces his peaceful passing on May 12, 2026, in Bengaluru. Born in Srinagar, he was the beloved son of the late Arandati (Kaul) Khosa and Jagarnath Khosa. He graduated from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and built a distinguished career as an electrical and mechanical engineer in the field of hydropower, working with various companies in India and Europe.
He was known for his dedication, integrity, humility, and unwavering work ethic. Engineering was not only his profession, but also his lifelong passion and favorite hobby. He inspired many through his intellect, wisdom, and quiet strength.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Brij Mohini (Kaul) Khosa, his life partner and devoted companion of 62 years; his grief-stricken children, Nikhil and Urvashi Khosa, and Nitin and Cristina Khosa; his cherished grandchildren, Nikhita and Rahul; his sister, Indira Khashu; his brothers, Rattan Lal Khosa and Sunil Khosa; and many loving nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends who will deeply miss him.
His memory will forever remain a source of love, guidance, and inspiration to all who knew him.

We are saddened to hear the tragic news of passing away of Jawahar lal Ji Khosa. We can not imagine what his family will be going through during this time of profound loss. We wish the family all the courrage & comfort at this time.
We had Known Jawahar lal Ji since childhood. We lived in Srrinagar close to each other. We would meet often. We played together. He was a wonderful person and was almost like a brother. We will always remember the sweet memories of our association with him & he will always be missed.
Our heart goes out to their family at this time of sorrow. Our sincerest condolences to their family at this time of sorrow. We pray for the deparrted soul to rest in peace.
